What Playbook is

Playbook is an AI marketing assistant for independent artists. It reads what you tell it and produces a Brand Sheet, a diagnosis, weekly plans, content briefs and related material. It does not post for you, and it does not run your accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You must be at least 16.

Subscriptions and payment

• Answering the onboarding questions is free. Everything Playbook writes about you needs a paid plan.
• Plans are yearly or monthly. The price and billing period are shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• No refunds. Payments are not refundable, including for a period you have paid for and not used, so please read what a plan includes before you subscribe.
• If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period, email artistsuccess1@gmail.com and we will look into it.
• Payments are handled by Whop, which shows the price and takes payment at checkout.

What you give us

You keep ownership of everything you put in, and of what Playbook makes for you. You give us permission to store it and to process it, including with our AI and hosting providers listed in the Privacy Policy, only to provide the service to you.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Do not upload other people’s photos without their permission, and do not use Playbook to impersonate anyone.

AI-generated content

Playbook’s output is produced by AI and can be wrong or unsuitable. Read it before you use it. You are responsible for what you post. We do not promise any result: no follower count, stream count or income.

Acceptable use

Do not use Playbook to break the law, to harass or deceive people, to attack or overload the service, or to copy it. We may suspend an account that does.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time from Account in the app, which removes your data. Cancel any subscription in Whop first. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

The service

We work to keep Playbook available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use Playbook after that means you accept it.
